Hi! I’m here!

We’ve had a crazy week. In the midst of a very busy work week, we found out last Thursday that Theo’s Grandpa had passed away. He was 90 and he died in his sleep, which really is the way we’d all like to go out, isn’t it? Even though his end was peaceful, the event was no less sad. We made the trip to Swift Current, visited with lots of family, and attended a beautiful funeral.

We got back last night and I am now playing catch up. It does not feel like Wednesday. And where on earth is October fleeing to? The days pass by so quickly.

On a happy note, Theo and I are excited to share some articles we have written for a brand new online newspaper, The Spectator Tribune.

We will be writing for this website regularly, so be sure to keep up with us! Here are the links to our current articles:

Correlated: Casino Royale/Queen and Country (Theo)

How I Scored Tickets to Paul McCartney (Krista)

I’m really excited about this opportunity for us. The website looks great and is getting a lot of traction. It is designed as a news source for the prairie provinces – so if you’re in Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba be sure to check it out!

Happy Wednesday!
