Every Sunday or Monday I try very hard to plan out meals for the week and buy all the groceries right away. Last week that didn’t so much happen and every day there was something that we were missing, and our meals weren’t very healthy or delicious.

Yesterday I made our meal plan and we started the week off with a bang!

Pasta Primavera:

Fast, easy, super delicious, and a great way to boost our veggie intake.

A little wine doesn’t hurt either.

Tonight it’s curried yam soup with biscuits and tomorrow will be a creamy chicken casserole.
